Herb Roasted Sirloin Tip Roast



1 Ranchly Sirloin Tip Roast

1 tbsp thyme (leaves only), chopped

1 tbsp rosemary (leaves only), chopped

1 tbsp oregano (leaves only), chopped

1 tbsp parsley (leaves only), chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

¼ cup avocado oil

freshly cracked black pepper



Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine herbs, garlic and oil in a bowl. Season roast generously with salt and pepper. Rub roast with herb oil. Roast in oven for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F. Take the roast out of oven and wrap in foil. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly and enjoy!

It's best to let the roast come to room temperature before roasting.  We love this roast with red potatoes and whatever green vegetable is in season!
