Ingredients
2 Ranchly Tenderloin Steaks
2 tsp avocado oil
1 Stick unsalted butter
1 tbsp chives, thinly sliced
1 tbsp shallot, minced
1 tsp white truffle oil (you can use canned truffles, or fresh truffles also)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper
Directions
Mix butter, shallot, chives, and truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Using plastic wrap or parchment paper roll butter into a log. Place log in freezer for 30 minutes. Season steak liberally with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat cast iron pan over high heat. Sear steaks on all sides for 1 minute. Place pan in oven for about 7 minutes, turning steak halfway through. Remove pan from oven and remove steaks from pan to rest. While steaks are resting place desired amount of sliced truffle butter on steak. Enjoy!
Can be served with any starch and vegetable. We love it with potato anna and asparagus!
